Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor for Years 7 to 11 to supervise classes during the short term absence of the class teacher under the guidance of teaching/senior staff. Duties include implementing work programmes, managing pupil behaviours and assisting pupils in relevant activities in line with the school’s policies and procedures.

Good skills with young people are required and ICT skills will be an advantage.

Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to multi task and must have excellent literacy and numeracy skills. A grade C or above in English and Mathematics is essential.
