Pedmore High School is a smaller than average 11-16 mixed, multi-cultural comprehensive of 581 students.  The school provides stimulating and innovative opportunities for learning, transforming the aspirations and educational outcomes for all students and the local community.

Salary: Grade MPS plus TLR2a (£2,721) pa

We are seeking to appoint such a person to join our Science Department as 2nd in Department.

You will be an outstanding teacher and have a proven track record of having significant impact in your current post. You must have the drive and intent to secure outstanding results through creative and innovative approaches. Enthusiastic, positive and determined, the successful applicant will be skilled at leading change and ensuring success.

The ideal candidate would be able to work with the Head of Department to identify under achieving pupils and put an effective plan together to boost their achievement.
