Hospital Administrative Assistant Apprentice
37.0 Hours per Week
Solihull Adult Social Care Services are looking to recruit an Apprentice Administration Assistant to support the Hospital Social Work Team based in Solihull hospital.
The successful applicant will be required to support discharges by providing a professional/friendly and efficient point of contact to people with support and care needs and carers and other callers
Duties will include dealing with routine telephone enquiries, taking messages, effectively handling correspondence, filing, photocopying and maintaining computerised and manual information systems. Alongside your role you will be required to study towards a level 2 Business Administration qualification.
You will be able to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skills as well as good communication skills.
