Hales Valley Trust is an all Primary Academy Trust, based in Dudley, currently consisting of five schools. All of our schools are very different, ensuring that there is an exciting and vibrant mix across our Trust. We believe that we are stronger together – sharing capacity, resources and expertise.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, adaptable and enthusiastic individual to join the fast paced central finance team, in the next phase of its development. We are looking for a business minded individual who can bring new ideas and support the ongoing implementation of robust financial processes.
Being a new and rapidly expanding Trust no two days are the same. The post-holder will undertake a varied role from routine procedures to advising Head Teachers, Business Managers and other Academy Staff on both budgetary control and best use of financial resources.
The candidate will report to the central Finance Director and work closely with finance teams across the schools within the MAT.
