Trinity Specialist College promotes independence, education and life skills through its work with young people aged 18 – 25 who experience ASC, behaviours that challenge and a range of learning difficulties.

We have high expectations and aspirations for our young people which are realised through the dedication and skills of our staff team. As such we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us. Your drive and enthusiasm to help young people to succeed is essential.

This role requires experience from an educational setting, and of behaviours that challenge.

Due to the occupational requirement to provide personal care to male students, we are looking for a male LSA. Equalities Act 2010 applies to this vacancy.

Qualified to Level 3 Supporting, Teaching and Learning in Schools or Colleges would be an advantage, and as previously stated the enthusiasm and drive to help young people to succeed is essential.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
