North Warwickshire and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council are small Councils with big values situated in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside.  In 2016, we joined together our Management Teams across our Revenues and Benefits services which to date has enabled us to be successful in continuing to provide high performing services with an emphasis on delivering quality, customer focused and value-for-money outcomes.

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic individual to join our National multi award winning team. Reporting to the Shared Head of Revenues & Benefits, the successful candidate will lead a small team across our two sites in managing and coordinating all core systems we use which from December will see both Councils operating on the same CIVICA platform. Whilst current or recent experience using the CIVICA Revenues and Benefits system would be desirable, this is not essential as training can be provided. In addition to keeping all system related issues up to date, a key part of the role is providing performance management, project and statistical support to colleagues, ensuring an environment of compliance as well as continuous development and improvement is promoted.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills. Being able to work as part of a team is essential to support business needs, but equally is the ability to work with minimum supervision to manage a personal workload to achieve tight deadlines.
