Business Support Officer
Salary: £17,391 - £18,319 pro rata
Closing Date: 19th October 2018
Hours: 4 days per week 9-5
Location: Predominantly based in Ledbury, however travel to other sites within Herefordshire may be required

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and flexible Business Support Officer to provide a high quality business support service to the Adult's and Wellbeing Directorate in Hereford. As a Business Support Officer you will provide a first point of contact for staff, service users and members of the public. The post holder will need to demonstrate effective communication and organisational skills, with the ability to sensitively and appropriately address difficult situations. You will have a focus on good customer service and a ‘can do’ attitude. Attending and minuting meetings will be one of the many tasks undertaken, you will be able to work flexibly and to adapt to changing goals and circumstances. Timescales are crucial within the service and so management of own workload is essential. This role will be predominately based in Ledbury with some travel within Herefordshire. You will assist in supporting teams in Ledbury, Ross on Wye and Leominster as well as Hereford City.
