• Excellent career development opportunities
• An environment where there are positive relationships between students and staff

It is a particularly exciting time to join us as we recently became part of the Stowe Valley MAT, led by Southam College (an Ofsted Outstanding school). This exciting development has further enhanced our ability to offer inspirational and supportive leadership and CPD for all of our staff. Since the trust took control of the school in APRIL 2017 following a Special Measures Judgement there have been considerable changes to school ethos, staffing and systems. The impact of these changes is that the school is rapidly moving to Good. This appointment will help further us get there.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious school and department. We welcome colleagues who really want to make a difference to the lives of young people and who share in our passion for engaging students in learning and inspiring them to achieve. If you can motivate and inspire students and have high expectations of them and yourself, then we would love to hear from you.
Be the best you can be!
