Grade 2. Term Time Only SCP 8-13. £8.62 - £9.01 per hour. This post qualifies for the Living Wage. Walsall Council is committed to paying the Living Wage which is currently £8.75 per hour. This arrangement will be reviewed annually.
Short Heath Junior School are seeking to appoint a Cleaner to work mornings 1½ hours Monday and Tuesday and 1hr 20 mins Wednesday,Thursday, and Friday. 7 hours a week.
You may also be required to assist with the deep clean of the schools across the Federation.
You will be an important member of our federation premises team and have a positive approach to this key role.
The ideal candidate will:
Be able to undertake general cleaning duties including mopping, polishing and vacuuming
Following training operate various cleaning machinery
Have experience of cleaning a variety of premises, including offices, corridors, toilets, classrooms etc
Show a willingness to undertake associated training
Enjoy being part of a team
Understand and comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
