A motivated and confident individual with a “can do" attitude is required to work within the Pensions Investments & Treasury Management section of the Finance Corporate Services team. The role would be supporting the Pensions & Treasury Management Manager in the delivery of all the operational Pension Fund Investment, Treasury Management and associated accounting duties for Worcestershire County Council Pensions Fund. Some key parts of your responsibilities will be to assist in preparing the pension fund report & accounts, reconciling investment transactions, preparing the necessary working papers & reconciliations of the financial statements, liaising with auditors and investment managers and providing assistance with cashflow of the Council and Pensions accounts.
You should have experience of working in a team environment but also using your own initiative which is an essential part of this role
