Salary: £58389 - £66017 per annum
We are ideally looking to appoint an experienced Deputy Headteacher with an ambition to lead a school within 12 to 18 months. This essential additional capacity is required due to the continued growth of our school and the Teaching School Alliance. You will be required to build on the undoubted strengths of the school and share our unwavering commitment to every child receiving an outstanding education. You will support the Headteacher in providing professional leadership for the school, you will need to; lead with clarity and integrity, inspire and influence others and you must have the rigour and passion to continue to make our school a great place to learn by motivating and supporting all staff and students.
The Deputy Headteacher will lead on Student Welfare and Personal Development including Safeguarding.
