An exciting opportunity has arisen to support a central team that is leading and driving forward the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.  The STP is the system partnership that includes all the local health organisations, Staffordshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent Council to help fundamentally change how we deliver health and care for our local residents. This is a really ambitious and challenging large programme of work and involves working with all partners across both the health and social care system. The focus is on how the local system improves the health and care outcomes for the local population, puts local services on a sustainable footing and are financially viable.
