This is a casual position and there is no guaranteed work.
We are seeking an officer to take responsibility for the administration and customer care of Worcester City Council’s Cleaner and Greener City Services, specialising in Community Engagement, Parking enforcement and Health & Safety.
The successful candidate will support teams in the delivery and continuous development of these services in Worcester.
Working within the Community Services, the role will require a strong customer focus and proven IT skills. The ability to work closely and effectively with other team members and operational supervisors is essential for this role. A willingness and ability to work proactively within the wider service area and provide support when needed across different services is desirable.
