The governors, staff and children of St. Joseph’s wish to appoint a new Headteacher who has the enthusiasm and vision to take our popular school to the next level. 

We are looking for a headteacher who:

  • Is a practising Catholic with a clear vision and understanding of Catholic education
  • Has proven leadership skills and experience at senior management level
  • Is an effective communicator who leads by example
  • Will inspire and motivate our staff and children whilst making them feel valued and supported
  • Can build on our links with our parish, our parents and the wider community
  • Has the vision and drive to promote and inspire the highest standards of teaching and learning
  • Will aspire to ensure all children reach their full potential
