Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Salary Range: Grade 2 £17,007 - £19,446 per annum, pro rata

Actual Salary £6113 - £6989 per annum

Hours per week: 15, Part Time, Term Time (Tuesday to Thursday 8.45am to 11.45am, Friday 8.30am to 3.00am - 30 minute lunch)

To be based in the busy main school office. Duties to include reception, telephone, dealing with visitors and students and general administration. You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to remain calm under pressure, with the ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task. Recent experience of working in a reception/administration or similar environment essential. Experience of SIMS

system would be an advantage. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for the role. Town Junior is a sponsored academy with Plantsbrook Learning Trust.
