Homefirst is a support service run by Herefordshire Council to enable people to live independently in their own homes. As a Deputy Manager within Homefirst, your role will be exciting and varied – you could be delivering rehabilitation programmes, demonstrating mobility aids and supporting people to leave hospital all within the same day! Preparing care plans, liaising with professionals and planning rota and service delivery.

This role with Homefirst is a great opportunity to manage a team who are doing meaningful work supporting the local community whilst taking advantage of a whole range of benefits which include:

• Paid mileage – up to 45p per mile
• 25 annual leave days + bank holidays (30 days after 5 years)

Experience of working in health or social care is beneficial but not essential as all training will be included free of charge as part of a comprehensive induction programme. Homefirst Support Workers cover a shift pattern which includes early, late and weekend shifts.
