Stafford Borough Council is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed team players to join our Contact Centre Team.
You will require good communication skills and experience in using electronic systems, including the recording and inputting of information. We’ll need you to assess and resolve requests/enquiries from the public, by telephone, face to face and electronic access channels, make decisions within established procedures and quality standards for each service request to maximise customer satisfaction
You must be able to demonstrate and be committed to delivering first class customer service.
The core opening hours of the Contact Centre are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays.
