An opportunity has become available within ICT User support for a ICT User Support Officer (Technical)

Hours: 1 x full time post - 37 hours per week and 1 x part time post - 22.2 hours per week

Location: 3 St James's Road

You will be required to provide IT User Support for the council received through various channels including myICT Self Service portal and the Telephone User support line, particularly dealing with incidents when there is a further level of support and technical knowledge required.

You will need a broad knowledge of technologies and services, in particular relating to Microsoft Office. You will be required to use the Service Management Tool (Assyst) as well as a number of other Council applications.

Good customer service skills are an essential requirement of this job.
