Ideally you will possess previous experience in a school administration environment and/or previous secretarial/PA experience at a senior level, together with a wide range of clerical and administrative work. You’ll be IT literate, able to use IT packages and used to maintaining computerised systems.
Educated to at least GCSE/GCE O level /CSE grade 1 or equivalent, in literacy, numeracy and ICT you’re able to write routine letters, take minutes and produce a range of high quality documentation.
At RFPS, we recognise that the administrative side to our school is a key part of school life. You will be the lynchpin of this, ensuring that our drive for excellence in the classroom is matched in the school office and in all our dealings with parents.
This is a hugely exciting time for our school and if you are hard-working, flexible, possess first-class communication skills and the ability to build and manage strong relationships across a growing organisation, we are keen to hear from you.
