Warwickshire County Council provides excellent recycling facilities across the county and we are committed to reducing waste and its impact upon the environment. At Lower House Farm Transfer Station we have a shared office building which we require cleaning each weekday.
We are looking for one part time cleaner working two hours each day Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
10 hours per week
As a Cleaner you will provide a high standard of cleaning at the waste recycling and transfer station to ensure the staff and office areas are hygienic, clean, tidy and free from waste materials.
You will work as part of a team with colleagues from the Recycling Centre, North Warwickshire Borough Council and Transfer Station and promote Warwickshire County Council Services.
Compliance with all Health and Safety Legislation and promoting a safe working environment for your yourself and colleagues are crucial in this role.

To be successful you must be able to communicate well with customers and staff and have a clear understanding of Customer Care. You must be able to demonstrate awareness of Equal Opportunities in service delivery and have an interest in recycling and waste reduction.
You must be willing to undergo any training that is required and be able to use all cleaning equipment after training.
