Head of Projects and Delivery
Dudley has seen a series of transformational regeneration programmes successfully delivered even in the backdrop of a very challenging macro economic climate.
Hours: 37 per week
In order to continue to drive this forward and to ensure that local people really feel the benefit of investment, growth and jobs an experienced regeneration professional/project manager is required to oversee the delivery of a range of key regeneration projects; managing the varied and competing programmes to ensure the schemes progress through delivery phases.
The role will work across a diverse range of functions so we are looking for professionals with experience of cross functional or matrix management and with a track record of successful on the ground delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a multi-million pound development pipeline, so will need significant previous experience in working with the development community to encourage, facilitate and enable growth and inward investment and a comprehensive understanding of all stages from Design, through to Development Appraisals, and Contracting and ongoing monitoring of projects. Whilst not essential some experience of managing publicly funded capital regeneration projects would be an advantage.
Educated to degree level in a related discipline, you will also need to demonstrate a Senior level experience of delivering built development and regeneration programmes within a political environment.
You will be required to upload your CV as part of the application process.
Interviews will be held on: 26th November 2018
