Leasowes High School are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Secretary / Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract in the first instance.
You will provide admin and secretarial support to the Headteacher and Director of HR.
You will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be super organised. You will also need a good level of IT skills (Microsoft office), be resilient, flexible and demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure whilst producing work to a good standard.
Duties will include, monitoring of staff absence data, supporting with recruitment and pre-employment checks, arranging meetings, diary management and general secretarial duties.
