King Edward VI School Lichfield is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Religious Studies Teacher to join a high-performing collaborative department. Religious Studies is highly successful at our school from Key Stage 3 through to our thriving Sixth Form. All students take a full GCSE course in Religious Studies and we have two A-level groups in both Years 12 and 13.
This appointment is temporary to cover a maternity leave. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will join the department until July 2019.
We are looking for a teacher with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents. The appointed teacher will ideally be able to teach up to A-level; teaching up to GCSE level is essential.
