Coventry has a sustained history of investing in SEND and vulnerable groups across the city. This is underpinned by strong and inclusive partnerships with all of our schools. We offer an efficient child and family-focused education, health and care statutory assessment processe underpinned by a high quality SEN Support service; which includes progressive Education Psychology, SEMH and Learning, Complex Commuication (ASC) and Sensory specialisms.

We are looking to further invest in our strategic and operational management capacity, to ensure sustainable growth and improvement.

• Lead and motivate colleagues in a complex environment, to secure a culture of co-production with children, young people and their families;
• Drive efficient and effective processes that minimise bureaucracy and maximise customer satisfaction;
• Positively challenge practice to secure an environment of continuous improvement and
• Build strong partnership relationships with all stakeholders.
