Hospital Administrative Assistant
20.0 Hours per Week
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Hospital Social Work Team for an Administrative Assistant, working alongside the social care team based in Heartlands and Solihull Hospitals.
As Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional reception service, dealing with routine telephone enquiries, maintaining a number of computerised systems and general administrative support for the Social Care Team, including word processing, filing and scanning.
You will be supporting the documentation relating to the discharge of patients from a hospital setting, and as such excellent ICT skills, high attention to detail and excellent communication skills are a must.
You will be based at Heartlands or Solihull Hospital and will be required to work from either location depending on the needs of the team.
