Job Details

Hearsall Community Academy is seeking to appoint a Clerical /Resource Assistant. The successful candidate will be placed at Hearsall Community Academy and as the appointment is a Trust appointment, you may be expected to work at any other Academy within the Trust.

Ideally you should have a background of working in an office environment and the main aspects of this role will be:

• To undertake the role of Schools Resources Officer - carrying out photocopying, laminating, producing curriculum materials to support teaching and learning staff. To be responsible for maintaining and ordering class based stationery, pupil exercise books and ensuring value for money.

• To work as part of a busy team under the direction of the Office Manager and Trust Business Manager.

Working Pattern - 37 hrs per week term time only plus one week (teacher training days)
