WMJobs are looking for a confident individual, familiar with digital marketing techniques to support senior colleagues, to deliver an innovative digital marketing strategy, to attract more users to wmjobs.co.uk. You may be fresh out of college or have worked for some time, either way we want someone with new thinking, good ideas and the ability to make it happen. You will be able to work independently and be confident in your abilities to use digital marketing techniques to help us achieve our ambitions.  Although not essential, having an understanding of the public sector and recruitment would be beneficial.

WMJobs is a leading public sector jobs board, which is part of West Midland Employers, a not for profit organisation owned by 32 of the region’s local authorities.  We are at the heart of local government, supporting Councils in their role as employers. We operate a commercially focused business and our team of 20+ staff, deliver a wide range of key services (including WMJobs) to support our mission to build a strong public sector workforce. You will play a key part in making that happen.
