Visitor Services Assistant
Sandwell Museums are looking for an enthusiastic Visitor Services Assistant to deliver a high standard of customer care and public service to visitors of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
The post holder would join our busy creative front of house team delivering exciting activities for all ages, tours, information etc to visitors and users as well as providing reception duties, cleaning and a range of admin tasks.
The post holder would work to a flexible rota but this would include at least every third weekend April to September, as well as some weekends throughout the year, evenings and bank holidays.
Sandwell Council will pay all of its employees the current Living Wage rate, as a minimum, from 1 April 2018. The decision to pay a Living Wage supplement will be reviewed on an annual basis.
Interviews are scheduled for mid January 2019.
