Data Officer - RSA Academy

Start date: January 2019 

The RSA Academy in Tipton (West Midlands) is an oversubscribed and expanding 11 – 19 school with 1047 students. The school is a member of the RSA Family of Academies and joined the Central RSA Academies Trust on 1^st October 2017.

We are highly aspirational, boasting fantastic, state of the art facilities for both students and staff, including a £5 million new build block to enable expansion that opened in September. Significant changes have been made in the last year to remove barriers to improvement, and the successful candidate will be joining the school at a critical and exciting time to drive things forward.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and solid Data Officer to join our Trust Systems and Data team. You will work closely with the team to provide accurate, timely and informative data as well as complex reports and key figures on attendance and truancy.

The successful applicant will have previous relevant experience ideally in an educational setting along with at least a Grade C/level 4 GCSE in Maths and English. Post 16 qualifications are desirable. Along with your good working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and relevant software, you will be able to extract the required data and be able to analyse and present it in an understandable and informative way.
