Job Details
Teaching Assistant Grade 2 and Grade 4
Salary:
TA2 at 20.17 hours per week £8243 - £8705 per annum
TA4 at 2.75 hours per week £1517 - £1618 per annum.
Hours:
TA2 – 19-22 hours per week
TA4 2-4 hours per week
Required from 7th January 2019 an excellent and committed Teaching Assistant (Grade 2 and Grade 4) to work, initially in a Key Stage 1 class.
Our Governing Body wishes to appoint a motivated, energetic and caring Teaching Assistant for the position in our outstanding school.
You will need to be:
An excellent practitioner with experience in this role in the Primary age range.
Positive, creative and willing to generate and share ideas.
A team player
Able to communicate effectively with parents, carers and fellow professionals.
The role will involve:
Providing high quality classroom support to pupils and the class Teacher
Supporting targeted pupils who need additional help to overcome specific barriers to learning
Taking responsibility for teaching the Class during the Class Teacher’s PPA time and during short term absence (paid at Grade 4)
