We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to manage and administer the school’s cashless service, which is currently through the ParentPay system and being the first point of contact for staff, students and parents/carers regarding online payment. 

ParentPay is a unique web based service that enables parents to make secure online payments for all student related costs such as student’s lunch accounts, trip contributions, show tickets, and textbook purchases. 

Based in the Attendance Support Room the successful candidate will also undertake first aid, medical room support, lost property and lockers administration.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent administrator with an ability to support student welfare who has a positive interest in further developing the important relationships between students, staff and parents.

The post is for 30 hours per week working 8.30 am – 2.30 pm, term time only; plus one-week staff learning days; 39 weeks per annum.

Salary will be paid at Band E; £17,391 to £18,672 per annum paid pro-rata to the hours and weeks worked. Actual salary is calculated at £12,056 to £12,944 depending on experience, any continuous service and qualifications.
