Job Details

You will be part of a front line, customer focused administration team responsible for taking booking and coordinating the documentation required for burial and cremation services. You will have an understanding of burial and cremation legislation; ability to work under pressure and meet frequent deadlines. Able to provide reception duties demonstrating that you have strong communication & customer service skills.

Coventry Bereavement Services are part of Coventry City Council. Our aim is to provide excellent customer care, in a caring, dignified and respectful manner at all times.

Working Pattern: 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday and Tuesday (1 hour lunch)
