Job Details
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, person-centred professional. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate valuable experience of working in an inclusive role where you have demonstrated your commitment to children and young people with additional needs. You will have a good understanding of the 2014 SEND Reforms.
A key function of the role will be to coordinate casework matters for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, leading to high quality outcome focused EHC Plans. You will also plan, coordinate, facilitate and support the delivery of statutory SEND functions for young people.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to prioritise work streams in a busy environment, able to work collaboratively with a range or stakeholders including families, schools, colleges, health and social care services.
This post is fixed term for 6 months.

37 hours per week
