Job Details
Assessment and Intervention Teams in North and East Warwickshire are looking for enthusiastic social workers to join their teams. We are looking for social workers who will support our journey of continuous improvement and help us to deliver the best service, at the right time and for the right child. We welcome creative, solution focused colleagues and we will in turn support you to be the best that you can be.
The Role
37.0 Hours per Week
The role is within a duty and assessment setting. You will be required to complete high quality single assessments, complete child protection investigations, attend initial child protection case conferences, chair CIN meetings, manage complex cases, be on duty, respond to escalating issues and risk, support provided to less experienced social workers and if experienced opportunities to support the team manager.

Key Requirements
- Professional Social Work qualification (MA/B A/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or Certificate of Qualification in Social Work (CQSW))
- HCPC registration
- Experience in children's social work setting with evidence of continuous professional development
