Business Support Assistant - Northern House School (Central Team)
The successful applicant will support the central support team and the schools of our multi academy trust by supporting the central payables and receivables function. This will include raising orders as per relevant policies and procedures, processing supplier invoices efficiently and effectively, raising external invoices in order to receive income, complete bank reconciliation and process other returns as necessary.
In addition to the finance side of the role, the successful candidate can expect to be asked to support the academy and central support team by undertaking a range of other administrative activities and will be required to update the website as and when required; working in a small office requires flexibility – being genuinely motivated to support is key. Humour goes a long way also.
Applicants should provide a covering letter (two sheets of A4, Arial 11), detailing:
- Why you are applying for the role
- What you feel you could bring to the job
- How you will balance study with work
