Inclusion Support Assistant
Inclusion Support Assistant x 2
Salary: Grade 4 Term Time, 37 hours

We are seeking to appoint two Inclusion Support Assistants with the capacity to engage a group of pupils with challenging behaviour and support them to access the curriculum and reach their true potential. Working under the supervision of the Assistant SENCO you will support both in and out the classroom, and pastorally as well as academically.
The successful candidates will have initiative and be able to take a proactive approach in developing this key role within the SEND department. You will be creative in your approach and able to show confidence and take risks to meet the needs of the pupils you work with most. You will also have a strong commitment to raising standards of achievement for all SEND pupils and a flexible attitude to working across the wider school as and when required.
A proven track record of working with challenging learners in a classroom and excellent communication skills are crucial to this role as are good ICT skills.
