The Solihull Community EP team is continuing to grow and we are looking to appoint a further Senior Educational Psychologist to join the newly formed EP team.  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of psychologists that values the transformative power of community psychology, applied research and professional practice that promotes social inclusion. In addition to building capacity in schools and families, you will be contributing to the leadership and development of a range of strategic initiatives across the borough including the social inclusion strategy for Solihull.


We are looking for reflective psychologists who are commitment to working systemically with children, young people, schools and their families. You will also need experience of leading strategic activities or task and finish groups, experience of supervising psychologists and/or other professionals, in addition to experience of trading psychology across a range of concepts.


As a Senior EP, you will also take up a strategic specialist lead across the borough; a range of which are available and will be considered at interview.


You will need an Honours degree in Psychology (or equivalent) recognised by the British Psychological Society as well as recognised postgraduate training and a qualification in Educational Psychology. You will also need current registration as Practitioner Psychologist with the Health & Care Professions Council.
