St John Fisher Catholic College are seeking to appoint a full time Teacher of Science.

An enthusiastic, well-qualified teacher is required to join our dedicated and successful team.  The successful applicant will be expected to teach across the full age and ability range including GCSE and A-Level.  

Chemistry or physics will be your preferred background but an exceptional biologist will also be considered and we welcome applications from both NQTs and experienced teachers.

As a “Good” rated school, your delivery will be in line with the vision and values of the college and our collegiate partners to maintain our OFSTED rating.

The successful candidate will:

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner
• Be flexible and passionate about pupil development
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The post is temporary for the first year, with a view to being permanent upon successful performance review.
