Deputy Head Techer (Leadership scale 6-10, £45213 - £49937)
Closing Date: Monday 21st January 2019 – 12p.m.
This appointment is a key post, working closely with the Head teacher and Governors, the successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to help define a new structure of leadership in our school. You will be a key contributor in driving school improvement, moving teaching and learning forwards and securing high levels of achievement.
The successful candidate will:
Have proven experience of raising standards and leading school improvement
Be a skilled professional, an excellent classroom practitioner and an effective senior leader who is also able to develop these skills in others.
Be adaptable and make strong contributions to the leadership team, especially in promoting outstanding progress for all pupils
Have an approachable personality and the ability to motivate others and form positive relationships with children, staff, Governors and parents.
Have high expectations of children, colleagues and yourself and inspire them all to aim higher.
