Learning Mentor
Values Academy is a charity which runs independent schools for young people aged 11-19 in Birmingham and Nuneaton. Our mission is to improve quality of life for young people through values-based education. Since 2009 we have been supporting pupils who have special educational needs or emotional, behavioural and social difficulties to achieve academic results while learning the values to build character.
The board of trustees are seeking to appoint a Learning Mentor one a 1 year's fixed term contract, who ideally will be qualified to Level 3 and has experience of working in a similar environment. This role is to support a young male student. Full training and support will be give to the right candidate.
The post is primarily based in our Birmingham school, at the request of the School Principal you may on occasions be asked to work at our Nuneaton school or at off site facilities.
