We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate candidates to join our Dementia Care team at Eric Williams House. Eric Williams House is a residential home for people with Dementia with both long term and short term placements.

As a key member of the care team you will put residents at the heart of everything we do. You will lead by example supporting and inspiring your team to deliver the very best standards of care.

The Role

Working night shifts, the successful candidate will be committed to delivering high standards of care to our residents and ensure decisions around service delivery provides the best possible outcomes for residents. You will use your initiative and talent to contribute to the success of the service. This is an excellent opportunity to be working within a highly respected service embracing the ‘Butterfly homes model’

We are seeking someone who is passionate about promoting the health and well being of all residents and keeping abreast of the latest research in dementia care.

You’ll need

In order to be successful with this role, you’ll need flexibility to work night shifts and weekends on a rota basis. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Working Hours:  21.0 Hours per Week
