The Role

We are looking for someone to provide comprehensive administrative support to our DOLS Team. You will be undertaking general administrative duties to provide support to a team providing and commissioning specialist assessments under the provisions of the Mental Capacity Act to implement the Deprivation of liberty safeguards legislation on a daily basis. 

Key Requirements

  • Candidates will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be expected to deal with complex administrative and telephone enquiries and a wide range of correspondence and scanning duties. 
  • You will have a mature approach and will be well organised and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. 
  • You will also have excellent customer service and IT skills. 
  • You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have the ability to work as part of a team whilst being proactive and using your initiative. 
  • Knowledge of DoLS would be an advantage.
