Temporary Teaching Assistant (Teaching and Learning), Grade 4, 15  hours per week, term time only.  (January 2019 - 22nd July 2019)

St Michael's Lichfield are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to support across our Year 3 classes.  The role will include:

* Providing 1:1 support for two pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans

* Running interventions for children with additional learning needs

* Supporting children with additional learning needs to access learning within the classroom

The ideal candidate will need to be:

* Able to embrace St Michael's relationship with the community, especially its strengths as a church school

* Be open to new ideas and have the ability to adapt to new challenges
