SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Salary:  £57,977 - £62,325 per annum

37 Hours per week –Fixed Term until 30th June 2019

An opportunity has arisen for a temporary Senior HR Business Partner within the HR function of Staffordshire County Council. 

The successful applicant will be CIPD qualified and experienced in Strategic HR and Employee Relations, including TUPE, restructures and redundancy consultations. With a detailed knowledge of employment law the successful applicant will also have strong leadership, high levels of resilience and the ability to effectively lead in a complex environment.  

The post holder will join the HR management team and be responsible for the management of the Case, Business Partner and Change Teams.
