Job Details
Required to start as soon as possible.
The Governors wish to appoint an additional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our committed and enthusiastic team. The successful applicant should have experience of working in Key Stage 1 and may also be working across all age groups covering teachers release time.
This is a fixed term post until 23rd July 2019 due to Maternity Cover
The school is continuing to strengthen our support team to move the school forward and raise standards for our children.

We are looking for a HLTA who is:
Highly motivated and enthusiastic practitioners who can offer first class learning
Able to teach high quality lessons in the absence of a teacher.
Able to deliver support packages to individuals, groups of children and classes
Able to recognise their own strengths and areas of specialist expertise and use these to lead, advise and support other support staff
Able to work as a team and be flexible to meet the needs of the children and the school
Able to lead and line manage a group of up to 10 support staff
Able to organise high quality provision at lunch-times
