You will work in partnership with teachers and senior staff to take responsibility for our nursery setting.  You will be competent in the requirements for the role of Early Years Practitioner, including:

  • Organise and manage appropriate learning environment and resources
  • Plan and prepare teaching and learning objectives, adjusting activities/work plans as appropriate
  • Monitor and evaluate pupil responses to learning activities using a range of assessment and monitoring strategies against pre-determined learning objectives
  • Maintain and enhance best practice as an academy which works with and for its community
