Job Details

Stuart Bathurst Catholic High School are looking to appoint a Cover & Data Administration Assistant. A good working knowledge of SIMS and experience of working in a secondary school environment is preferred but not essential. You would be responsible for providing and recording staff absence, arranging day to day cover and monitoring supply staff. You will work closely with the Exam & Data Manager, providing support and assistance.

The applicant should have excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as accuracy and the ability to work to deadlines and work well under pressure.

The post is 25 to 30 hours per week, dependent upon the candidate, term time plus 5 days and subject to an enhanced DBS clearance.
