The City of Worcester combines historic buildings with modern developments. The Council is proud of its great history of providing impressive and valued services which keep this ever changing City clean and safe for its citizens and visitors alike.

We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic person to join our Environmental Operations team. This post will predominately be involved in the collection of household, trade and garden waste acting as a collector on our wheelie bin teams.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and can fit into a team of people who are proud and committed to the service they provide.

Applicants must be physically fit, should be willing and able to work outside in all weathers and must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to all duties. Applicants must also be able to evidence excellent customer care skills for assisting with enquiries from members of the public.

The hours of work are 37 per week Tuesday – Friday 06:45 am – 16.30pm
