Salary – Grade 6, Spinal Point 18-21 (£9.78-£10.65 per hour/)        

About The Role:

Lawley Village Primary Academy is looking to appoint a highly motivated, innovative and passionate Cover supervisor/Teaching assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will need to hold a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent qualification and have significant experience of working in a Key Stage 2 classroom.

You will be joining the REAch2 Academy Trust, a national family of primary academies committed to raising standards and achieving excellence for all pupils, whatever their background or circumstance.  The Trust provides a strong culture of collaboration and support, together with high expectations for staff and pupils alike.


The position is for 33.75 hours a week, term time only and inclusive of 5 Inset Days.

Monday 17th, Wednesday 19th, or Thursday 20th December

Tuesday 8th or Wednesday 9th January

Closing Date: Monday 14th January 12.00pm
Interview Date: Monday 21st January
