Teaching Assistant - Level 2

The Role

15.0 Hours per Week

Fixed Term End Date: Initially until 21st July 2019

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our strong and supportive team at All Saints CE Junior School. Starting in January 2019, on a fixed term contract to July 2019, with potential to extend.

One Teaching Assistant, for afternoons, over 15 hours per week (term-time only).

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of individualised programmes for pupils with SEN and pastoral support needs.

Candidates should have: 
• A good general education with excellent literacy and Numeracy skills 
• NVQ 2 in supporting teaching and learning in schools or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience.

Experience of working in upper key stage 2 is desirable.

This role will be based at All Saints C of E Junior School but the successful candidate will be appointed by the federation and may be required in the future to work at Emscote Infant School if needed.
